The GDP per capita statistics are referes to official data of World Bank updated at 1998.
The GDP is calculated with two different methods: on the purchasing power parity and on actual exchange with US Dollar.
With the first method the same whole of world-wide average prices is used; in this way they are eliminated the great differences of prices for the same goods from Country to Country, many marked above all between the well-developed Countries and those poor ones, while in the second case the PIL is measured calculating the production of every Nation in the local currency and then converted in US dollars following the course of the exchange rates in the last 3 years.
For some Countries (Liechtenstein, Brunei, Monaco, Slovenia) the data does not are currently calculate, therefore these Nations are present only in the second table.
